Availability Needed:

Mornings (9:00-2:00): Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday

Front Desk Responsibilities:

Assist new clients with registration/enrollment. Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and manage messages in a professional and friendly manner. Handle and resolve client concerns with professionalism and care. Greet parents and students warmly, checking students in using our attendance tracking system. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, restrooms, changing areas, and lobby. Create a welcoming environment by greeting everyone with a smile and ensuring they feel at home. Demonstrate effective phone etiquette Embody the company's core values in their work approach

Qualifications:

Strong customer service skills and a passion for working with children and families. Intermediate computer proficiency, including familiarity with Microsoft Office and other software systems. Self-motivated and thrive in achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals. Can provide exceptional communication and listening skills. Friendly, able to multitask, work with a team, & work in a VERY fast paced environment Ability to pass a background check.
