Job Description

We are looking for a Front Desk Associate to serve as our members' first point of contact and manage all aspects of their experience. Front Desk Associate responsibilities include registering members and program participants in classes, managing reservations, and providing information about memberships, swim lessons, and other programs. If you have a knack for customer service and work experience in the customer service field, we'd like to meet you. Ultimately, you will help create a pleasant and memorable experience for our members and program participants.

Responsibilities



Welcome members and program participants and perform all check-in tasks. Manage online emails and phone calls regarding swim memberships, programs, and other questions about the facility. Provide information about the facility, programs, and amenities. Respond to clients' complaints in a timely and professional manner Maintain updated records.

Skills



Work experience as a Customer Service Agent, Receptionist or similar role. Experience with computer software, including Windows and Microsoft Office/Excel. Customer service attitude. Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Other



Must be available to work 1-2 weekday morning shifts (5:45am start) per week and must be available to work Saturdays. Year-round position.
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.50 - $18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
