Job Description
InnSeason Resorts The Falls at Ogunquit, is looking for a Full-time Front Desk Associate to join our team.
We are looking for someone who likes to work with people, wants to help make each owner and guest experience outstanding and their vacation exceptional! Knowledge of timeshare ownership is a plus, but not necessary. We offer a comfortable, supportive team environment and know that you'll truly enjoy coming in to work!
The main responsibilities of the Front Desk associate are positive guest interactions, check-ins and check-outs, assisting guests with their requests, handling the cash drawer, and operating a multi line phone. We are looking for someone who is energetic, has a good attitude and likes to interact with people.
You must be able to adapt to a variety of guest requests and needs and be able to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.
Skills Required:
Good verbal and written communications skills. Ability to navigate computer programs and functions Attention to detail and the ability to multi-task. Good customer service Strong decision-making skills with the ability to prioritize Must be flexible in scheduling. Must be able to stand or sit for long periods of time Ability to work regardless of weather conditions
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
