Front Desk Agent is the guests' first point of contact. Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, registering and checking in guests, managing reservations.
Responsibilities
Welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner.
Provide exceptional customer service
Manage incoming reservations online and over the phone.
Perform all check-in and check-out task, including processing payments
Deliberately assign guest rooms and any room changes.
Hear and understand guest comments and complaints and take the appropriate action when necessary.
Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
Qualifications
Customer service attitude
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with demonstrated ability to speak and write clearly.
Strong organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to anticipate, improvise and adapt for optimal resolutions
Basic computer knowledge
