Duties



Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression. Manage multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, handling inquiries and reservations efficiently. Check guests in and out swiftly while ensuring all information is accurate and complete. Assist guests with their needs, including room assignments, local information, and special requests to enhance their stay. Maintain guest records accurately using hotel management software and ensure confidentiality of guest information. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest concerns promptly. Handle guest complaints or issues with professionalism, aiming for swift resolution and guest satisfaction. Conduct night audits when required, balancing accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy overnight. Uphold security protocols by monitoring access points and ensuring safety procedures are followed at all times. Support other hotel operations as needed, including assisting with reservations, concierge services, or administrative tasks.

Skills



Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations. Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively. Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems. Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle phone inquiries professionally. Familiarity with guest relations practices and resort hospitality standards. Ability to manage night audit procedures confidently when required. Knowledge of hotel experience standards and guest services best practices. Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
