As a front desk agent (or night auditor), you will
provide that critical first impression to our guests and have a natural passion for delivering exceptional service.
welcome and serve guests in person and over the phone everyday.
enjoy solving problems, be comfortable using a computer to check guests in and out, and handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and confidently.
assist in the closing of daily work for all outlets and posting correct daily totals.
balance room charges at the closing.
perform daily backups on systems and perform any necessary maintenance when situations arise.
balance daily credit card postings and transmit through the Property Management Systems.
notify proper outlets when discrepancies arise. Follow up with the general manager and document situations.
clean and maintain the common areas and assist in other departments where and when required.
