Duties



Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression. Check guests in and out efficiently using hotel management software, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with patience, empathy, and proactive solutions. Manage multi-line phone systems to answer calls promptly, provide information, and transfer calls as needed. Maintain accurate records of guest reservations, billing information, and special requests. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are prepared to the highest standards. Assist with night audit procedures, balancing accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy overnight. Promote hotel amenities and services to enhance guest satisfaction and encourage repeat visits. Uphold excellent phone etiquette and guest relations standards at all times. Support overall hotel operations by assisting with administrative tasks and guest services as required.

Experience



Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations is highly preferred. Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual or multilingual skills are a strong plus, enabling effective communication with diverse guests. Familiarity with hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems enhances efficiency. Knowledge of resort or hotel operations, including night audit procedures, is advantageous. Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on guest relations and conflict resolution.
