The award-winning Best Western Plus is now seeking friendly, energetic Front Desk Agents to join our team!
The Front Desk Agent provides superior guest service and maintains complete knowledge of all hotel features, services and hours of operation, as well as local information and directions for our guests. Main duties include: Checking guests in and out; Processing all payments according to established hotel requirements; Making room reservations over the phone; Providing information and services to guests and visitors; Assisting with luggage when requested; Delivering essential items to guest rooms.
Prior customer service and hospitality experience is helpful, but not required.

Assist guests in the check-in and check-out procedure, as well as, throughout the entirety of their stay. Typical front desk shifts are 7am-3pm and 3pm-11pm.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to multi-task and maintain your composure during busy periods.
Basic computer skills.
Work collectively with other team members to foster a hospitable, approachable, and customer-focused environment for our guests.
