Duties
Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information and courteous assistance
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues effectively
Maintain accurate reservation records and update guest information using hotel management software
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to meet guest needs swiftly
Provide detailed guest services such as concierge assistance, local recommendations, and special requests
Uphold phone etiquette standards and ensure all communication reflects the hospitality brand's welcoming tone
Requirements
Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations preferred but not required; hospitality management experience is a plus
Multilingual or bilingual skills highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively
Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
Excellent communication skills, including proficiency with multi-line phone systems and professional phone etiquette
Ability to handle night audit responsibilities or work flexible hours including evenings or overnight shifts if needed
Knowledge of hotel or resort operations and guest relations best practices is advantageous
Demonstrated ability to stay organized under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
