Responsibilities

Greet customers and check in vehicles professionally with a friendly attitude and positive first impression of the property. Listen to customer concerns and accurately record problem descriptions. Create repair orders and assign jobs to technicians. Call customers with updates, recommendations, and approvals. Explain repairs in simple, honest terms. Prepare final invoices and handle payments. Order parts from vendors and track delivery times. Maintain shop schedule and keep workflow running smoothly. Handle warranty claims or returns. Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships.

Requirements

Strong work ethic and commitment to doing quality work. Shows up on time consistently and reliably on the job. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor. Presents a positive attitude and strong communication skills Ability to follow instructions and shop procedures with a willingness to learn and improve skills over time. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States with a valid ID. Must have a good familiarity with mechanical terminology, vehicle parts and systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 35 per week
