What you'll do

Greet and check-in guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring a seamless arrival experience. Manage reservations, handle guest inquiries, and provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions. Operate multi-line phone systems to efficiently respond to calls and direct them appropriately. Conduct night audits to ensure accurate financial reporting and maintain the integrity of guest accounts. Resolve guest issues promptly and effectively, enhancing guest relations through exceptional service. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure all areas are guest-ready. Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, transactions, and feedback to improve service quality. Uphold high standards of phone etiquette while handling guest communications.

Basic qualifications

Strong customer service skills with a passion for hospitality management.

Preferred qualifications

Previous hotel experience or front desk roles in a resort setting. Familiarity with hotel management software and night audit procedures. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to guest services.
