We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Front Desk Associate to serve as the welcoming face of our hospitality establishment. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences by managing front desk operations with enthusiasm and professionalism. Your role will involve providing outstanding customer service, handling guest inquiries, and ensuring smooth daily operations to create a warm and inviting environment for all visitors.
Duties
Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued from the moment they step in.
Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, answering inquiries promptly and courteously.
Check guests in and out efficiently, scheduling appointments and processing payments accurately.
Provide detailed directions
Handle guest requests and complaints with patience and proactive problem-solving to ensure a positive experience.
Maintain accurate records of guest information, appointments, and billing details.
Call insurance companies for a pre authorization, verify client benefits, file claims and follow up on claims.
Qualifications
Proven experience in Insurance Claims
effectively communicate with diverse guests.
Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
Knowledge of Computer and technology .
Excellent phone etiquette and ability to handle guest relations professionally.
Familiarity with guest services, schedulng appointments, collecting data, processing payments
Keeping the front area clean
Keeping the appointments flowing on time the best you can
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $21.09 - $25.40 per hour
Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
