We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Associate to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional guest services, managing front desk operations, and ensuring a welcoming environment for all visitors. This role requires strong communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Experience in hotel management or resort environments is preferred, along with bilingual abilities to serve diverse guests effectively.
Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and check them in/out with professionalism and courtesy
Manage multi-line phone systems, handle guest inquiries, and provide accurate information
Assist guests with reservations, cancellations, and modifications using hotel management software
Maintain excellent guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and courteously
Handle guest requests for services such as room changes, amenities, or local information
Ensure the front desk area is organized, clean, and well-stocked with necessary materials
Perform night audit duties when required, including balancing accounts and preparing reports
Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction
Uphold phone etiquette standards while managing incoming calls efficiently
Experience
Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations preferred
Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
Bilingual abilities (English and another language) are highly desirable to assist diverse clientele
Familiarity with front desk procedures, multi-line phone systems, and guest services software
Knowledge of hotel management practices, guest relations, and night audit processes is a plus
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, along with professional phone etiquette
