Overview

We're looking for a friendly, reliable team member to join our dry cleaning shop. The Front Counter Associate is the first point of contact with our customers -- helping them drop off, pick up, and feel confident that their clothes are in good hands.

Responsibilities

Greet guests upon arrival with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a positive first Greet customers with a positive, professional attitude Check in and tag clothing items accurately Process payments (cash, card, app) Answer phone calls and assist with customer questions Keep the counter area clean and organized Assist with light bagging/packaging of clothing orders Coordinate with back-of-house staff to ensure timely orders
Experience

Friendly, customer-first attitude Reliable and punctual Comfortable standing and moving during shift Ability to lift up to 25-30 lbs (bags of clothes) Prior retail, customer service, or dry cleaning experience a plus (but not required) Basic English required; Spanish helpful but not mandatory
