Excellent customer service skills and an open, courteous and friendly personality required.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Able to operate the electronic property management system.
Perform nightly security rounds to ensure building is secured and equipment is running properly.
Knowledge of procedures for making reservation, checking members and guests into and out of guest rooms, and for accepting and accounting for room and related payments.
Must have working knowledge of using and programming multi-line telephone equipment and reservation systems.

Assists members and guests in all front office-related areas in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner that maintains high standards of service and hospitality. Assists members and guests in processing guestroom reservations. Answers incoming calls effectively; forward phone calls to other club extensions or voice mail boxes or take messages from callers. Greets members and guest who are visiting the club. Perform security and equipment checks.
