Duties
Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently using hotel management software.
Answer phone calls promptly, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette while addressing guest inquiries and reservations.
Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities to enhance the guest experience.
Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions.
Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
Assist in managing reservations through phone systems and online platforms.
Uphold the hotel's standards of cleanliness and organization at the front desk area.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests.
Strong knowledge of hospitality management principles is beneficial.
Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on guest services.
Proficient in using phone systems and hotel management software.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
A positive attitude and commitment to providing outstanding service in a fast-paced environment.
