This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle guest requests with professionalism and efficiency.
Duties & Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and manage the check-in and check-out process with accuracy and efficiency.
Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and complaints in a courteous and timely manner.
Perform
night audit
duties, including reconciling daily transactions, preparing financial reports, and ensuring all records are accurate.
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area while following hotel policies and procedures.
Assist guests with reservations, modifications, and cancellations through phone or in-person interactions.
Monitor hotel security during overnight shifts, ensuring guest safety and property security.
Provide guests with information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and transportation services.
Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Experience & Qualifications
Previous experience in a
front desk or night audit role
within the hospitality industry is preferred.
Strong
customer service skills
with the ability to resolve guest issues effectively.
Basic
accounting or financial reconciliation
experience is a plus.
Familiarity with
hotel management software
is preferred, but training will be provided.
Ability to
work independently
during overnight shifts while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
