Job Summary As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for guests at our hotel. Your role is crucial in creating a positive guest experience from check-in to check-out. Responsibilities - Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with information about services and amenities - Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently (experience with Opera Cloud prefered) - Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally - Operate the hotel phone system and direct calls to the appropriate department - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area - Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction Experience - Previous experience in a guest service role is preferred - Knowledge of hotel operations and hospitality industry practices - Familiarity with phone etiquette and handling guest relations - Experience with night audit procedures is a plus - Multilingual abilities are advantageous for interacting with diverse guests. Along with the $23, our front desk agents are given a 2% commission for all reservations they book.
