We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team. Duties
Greet and assist guests upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
Manage reservations and bookings using computerized systems.
Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services and local attractions.
Perform calendar management for appointments and meetings.
Answer phone calls promptly and professionally, addressing guest needs or directing them to the appropriate department.
Maintain an organized front desk area and ensure all administrative tasks are completed efficiently.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Assist with check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accuracy in billing and payments.
Provide personal assistant support to management as needed.
Requirements
Proven experience in customer support or a similar role is preferred.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in using phone systems and computer software for administrative tasks.
Bilingual candidates are highly desirable to accommodate diverse guests.
Ability to type efficiently for data entry tasks.
Experience in office management is a plus, showcasing your ability to handle various administrative responsibilities.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly demeanor.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
