The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out experience. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for guest relations in a hotel or resort environment.
Responsibilities
Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
Manage the check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism.
Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations.
Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
Answer phone calls promptly, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
Assist in managing room assignments and availability.
Uphold the standards of hospitality management by ensuring the front desk area is clean and organized.
Experience
Previous experience in a front desk role within a hotel or resort setting is preferred.
Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply to better serve our diverse clientele.
Strong knowledge of guest services principles and practices in the hospitality industry.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on phone etiquette.
Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
Familiarity with hotel management software is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
