We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team at a vibrant hotel. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities

Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression. Manage the check-in and check-out processes efficiently while maintaining accurate records. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and effectively to ensure guest satisfaction. Perform night audit duties as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded. Maintain knowledge of hotel services, local attractions, and events to assist guests with recommendations. Process reservations and cancellations through the hotel management system while ensuring accuracy. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address any guest needs or concerns. Uphold high standards of phone etiquette when responding to calls or inquiries from potential guests. Assist in managing guest relations to foster repeat business and positive reviews.

Qualifications

Previous experience in hospitality or hotel management is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele. Proficient in phone etiquette and handling guest inquiries professionally. Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with international guests. Familiarity with night audit processes is advantageous but can be learned on the job. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in managing reservations and guest information. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a genuine desire to enhance the guest experience.
