Job Overview


We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a welcoming environment. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of hotel operations, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences. Previous hotel or resort experience is preferred, along with multilingual abilities to assist diverse guests. The Front Desk Agent plays a vital role in guest relations, reservations, and overall hotel management support.

Duties



Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy, providing information and handling inquiries Handle guest requests, complaints, and special accommodations with tact and promptness Maintain accurate reservation records and update guest information in the hotel management system Assist with night audit procedures to ensure financial accuracy and reporting Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experience Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms meet quality standards Uphold high standards of phone etiquette and guest relations throughout all interactions Support other front desk functions as needed to ensure smooth hotel operations

Skills



Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages is highly desirable (bilingual skills preferred) Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in reservation management and guest records Knowledge of hotel management software systems and multi-line phone systems Familiarity with hospitality industry standards, including guest relations and resort operations Ability to handle stressful situations professionally while maintaining a positive attitude

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week
