Front Desk Agent

to join our team. In this role, you'll be the welcoming face of our hotel--delivering genuine "Southern Hospitality" from the moment guests arrive until their departure. Your role is essential in creating a warm, helpful, and memorable guest experience.


Key Responsibilities:


Greet and check-in guests with professionalism and a smile Assist with check-out and ensure billing accuracy Respond to guest inquiries and provide helpful information about the hotel and local area Address and resolve guest concerns in a prompt and courteous manner Maintain a clean and organized front desk area Communicate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, and management teams Handle phone calls, reservations, and other administrative tasks as needed

What We're Looking For:


Previous experience in guest services or hospitality preferred A friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work a varied schedule including weekends and holidays A passion for providing excellent customer service and creating positive guest experiences
