Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide excellent customer service and address guest inquiries and concerns
- Handle guest requests, such as room changes, additional amenities, or special accommodations
- Process guest payments and maintain accurate records
- Assist with reservations and manage the hotel's booking system
- Conduct night audit duties, including reconciling accounts and preparing reports
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus
- Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment
- OPERA experience REQUIRED
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism
