Front Desk Agent

to provide excellent service and create a memorable stay for our guests.

Responsibilities:

-Greet and check in/out guests with professionalism and hospitality
-Handle reservations, cancellations, and guest inquiries
-Process payments and maintain accurate records
-Assist with guest requests to ensure a comfortable stay
-Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
-Communicate effectively with housekeeping and maintenance teams
-Resolve guest issues with a positive and solution-oriented approach

-Assist Laundry department if needed

Qualifications:

-Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred but not required
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

-Basic computer skills and familiarity with hotel management systems Opera Xpress (preferred)
-Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
