Shift is 2-9 pm during the week and 7-2 am every other weekend.
This job requires you to be able to work in a fast paced environment with a high call volume throughout your shift. Must have great customer service skills and be able to work well with others. Must be able to critically think through situations to find the best solution if a problem arises. Must be willing and accepting to constructive criticism and be able to take direction to help improve your role as a Front Desk Agent.
