Job Description

We are looking for a Hotel Front Desk Agent to serve as our guests' first point of contact and manage all aspects of their accommodation. Hotel Front Desk Agent responsibilities include checking in guests, managing reservations and providing information about rooms, rates and amenities. If you have a knack for customer service with experience in the hotel, food or retail industry, we'd like to meet you!

Responsibilities



Perform all check-in and check-out tasks Manage hotel reservations Inform customers about payment methods and verify identification Welcome guests upon their arrival and departure Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates and amenities Respond to clients' complaints in a timely and professional manner Communicate effectively with other departments to make guests needs and request are being completed. Confirm group reservations and arrange personalized services for VIP customers and event attendees, like wedding guests Upsell additional facilities and services, when appropriate Maintain updated records of bookings and payments

Skills



Work experience in Hotel/Food/Retail industry Previous hotel experience a plus Customer service attitude Excellent communication and organizational skills
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $14.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
