We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive experience from check-in to check-out. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for providing outstanding guest services in a hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor. Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently while ensuring all guest information is accurately recorded. Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly, maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction. Operate phone systems to manage incoming calls, take reservations, and provide information about hotel services and amenities. Assist with night audits as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately processed. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area to create a welcoming atmosphere. Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and effective communication.

Skills

Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel operations is preferred. Strong knowledge of guest services principles and practices within the hospitality industry. Proficiency in using phone systems and managing multi-line calls effectively. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to interact professionally with guests and team members. Ability to build strong guest relations through attentive service and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with night audit processes is an advantage but not mandatory; training will be provided as needed.
