U-topia Spa at Valencia Trails is seeking a friendly, organized, and confident Front Desk Associate to join our team! We are a warm, community-focused spa that takes pride in providing exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent communication skills and the ability to help support and motivate a small team of service professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist guests with check-in, check-out, and appointment scheduling Maintain a clean, calm, and professional spa environment Communicate seamlessly with massage therapists, estheticians, and management Support day-to-day operations and ensure smooth service flow Keep accurate records and handle payments and sales transactions Assist with retail recommendations and product knowledge Provide leadership support to help guide and encourage the spa team

Qualifications & Skills:

Experience in spa, hospitality, wellness, or customer service preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Positive, professional attitude with the ability to multitask Ability to lead and assist in coordinating a small service team Spa software knowledge a plus*
Familiarity with spa terminology and treatment types a plus*
Canva or marketing support experience a plus*
