Candidates must be able to work Saturday, Sunday, and Monday between 7 am-3 pm.
Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression through excellent phone etiquette and professional demeanor
Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently to handle reservations, inquiries, and guest requests with clarity and courtesy
Check guests in and out swiftly while verifying reservations, processing payments, and providing detailed information about hotel amenities and local attractions
Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and billing details using hotel management software
Respond promptly to guest needs, concerns, or complaints with patience and proactive solutions to enhance guest satisfaction
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are prepared to the highest standards before check-in
Assist with guest relations by offering personalized recommendations and ensuring all guests feel valued throughout their stay
Uphold hotel policies and procedures related to safety, security, and hospitality standards at all times
Experience
Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations is highly preferred
Previous experience with hotel management systems or property management software enhances efficiency in daily tasks
Strong customer service background with the ability to handle multiple priorities calmly under pressure
Excellent phone etiquette skills combined with experience managing multi-line phone systems contribute to smooth communication flow
