We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Front Desk Agent to join our team in providing exceptional guest experiences at our hotel. The ideal candidate will possess a background in hospitality and demonstrate excellent customer service skills. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk.

Duties

Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression. Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently, handling reservations and payments accurately. Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and assist guests with inquiries. Handle guest requests and complaints promptly, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions using multi-line phone systems. Conduct night audits as required, ensuring all financial transactions are balanced at the end of each day. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address any guest concerns or needs. Uphold hotel policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality regarding guest information.

Requirements

Previous experience front desk operations is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction. Familiarity with night audit processes is advantageous. Excellent phone etiquette and ability to operate multi-line phone systems effectively. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact professionally with guests and team members. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. A passion for providing outstanding hospitality experiences in a resort or hotel environment.

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
