We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional guest services. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience. NOTICE The hotel is located off the Greenbrier Exit.
Responsibilities
Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
Manage the check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations.
Handle phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
Assist with night audit duties as needed, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
Provide information about local attractions, services, and amenities to enhance the guest experience.
Uphold hotel policies and procedures while maintaining a high level of customer service.
Requirements
Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations is preferred.
Strong background in guest services within the hospitality industry.

Proficient in using hotel management software and reservation systems.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential for managing reservations and guest requests.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
