What you'll do
Welcome guests with a warm smile and assist them during check-in and check-out processes
Manage reservations and provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
Conduct night audits to ensure all transactions are accurately recorded
Operate multi-line phone systems to answer calls and direct them appropriately
Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions
Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest needs are met
Basic qualifications
Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations
Experience in hospitality management or hotel management preferred
Proficiency in phone etiquette and handling multi-line phone systems
Preferred qualifications
Bilingual or multilingual abilities to enhance communication with diverse guests
Previous hotel experience or familiarity with resort operations is a plus
Knowledge of night audit procedures
