We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Agent to join our front desk team at our esteemed hotel. The ideal candidate will possess strong hospitality skills and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities



Answer phones, make reservations, check guests in and out, etc. Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and efficiency. Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to provide guests with accurate information. Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest services and improve overall guest satisfaction.

Experience



Proven experience in hospitality or hotel with a focus on front desk operations. Previous experience in customer service roles within the hospitality industry is essential. Familiarity with night audit procedures is an advantage. Strong communication skills with an emphasis on guest relations and phone etiquette. Experience working in resorts or hotels is preferred.
