Responsibilities



Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional check-in experience. Manage guest inquiries via multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette and clear communication. Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately using hotel management software. Assist guests with their needs during their stay, including providing information about amenities, local attractions, and services. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are prepared and issues are resolved promptly. Conduct night audits to reconcile daily transactions, ensuring accuracy in financial records. Maintain guest relations by addressing concerns swiftly and professionally to enhance overall satisfaction. Uphold hospitality standards by delivering exceptional customer service at all times and promoting a welcoming atmosphere. Manage guest check-out procedures efficiently while processing payments securely. Support the front desk team with administrative tasks such as filing reports, updating records, and managing multi-line phone systems.

Qualifications



Proven experience in hotel management or hospitality management roles preferred; previous hotel experience is highly valued. Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle guest interactions professionally and positively. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a significant advantage for communicating with diverse guests. Knowledge of hotel management software and multi-line phone systems is preferred. Excellent communication skills with a focus on phone etiquette and guest relations. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with night audit procedures is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided if needed. A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences is essential. Pay: From $11.00 per hour
