Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Agent to join our team in the US. Based at our hotel location, this role is vital in delivering outstanding guest experiences and ensuring smooth front desk operations. Your contribution will support our mission to provide welcoming and efficient service to all guests.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests with professionalism and warmth. Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently. Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly. Maintain accurate reservation records. Provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions. Ensure the front desk area is organized and presentable. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to meet guest needs. Uphold high standards of customer service throughout your shift.

Qualifications

Proven experience in hotel front desk or customer service roles. Strong communication skills, including multilingual abilities preferred. Knowledge of hotel management software and multi-line phone systems. Ability to handle night audit procedures is a plus. Excellent phone etiquette and guest relations skills. Friendly, professional demeanor with a focus on guest satisfaction. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
