Duties
Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome.
Check guests in and out efficiently while managing reservations and guest accounts.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions.
Perform night audit duties as required, ensuring all financial transactions are balanced at the end of each day.
Provide information about the resort's amenities, services, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience.
Assist with phone etiquette by answering calls promptly and addressing inquiries or directing them to the appropriate department.
Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest services and satisfaction.
Requirements
Previous experience in hospitality or front desk operations is preferred.
Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Multilingual abilities are a plus to cater to diverse guests.
Familiarity with hotel management software is advantageous but not required; training will be provided.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing reservations and guest information.
