Guest Service Agent

to join our front desk team. The ideal candidate will deliver warm hospitality, exceptional service, and memorable guest experiences from the moment guests walk through the door.

This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, solving problems, multitasking, and working in a fast-paced hotel environment. A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a passion for guest service are essential.

Key Responsibilities



Welcome and assist guests during check-in and checkout with genuine hospitality. Answer multi-line phone systems using proper etiquette, handling inquiries quickly and professionally. Provide accurate information about hotel amenities, local attractions, directions, and services. Resolve guest concerns or escalate issues to management, ensuring prompt and effective service recovery. Process reservations, payments, authorizations, and adjustments with accuracy and attention to detail. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk environment. Communicate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, and leadership teams. Follow standard operating procedures for safety, security, and cash handling. Assist with breakfast, cleanliness, or other departments as needed during peak times. Uphold all GLMG brand standards and contribute to a positive guest experience.

Requirements



Previous customer service experience preferred; hotel experience is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Professional appearance and demeanor. Basic computer skills; experience with hotel PMS systems preferred. Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed. A positive attitude and passion for hospitality.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 40 per week
