Role & Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Front Office Agent Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Acts as front desk clerk, checking guests in and out, booking reservations and resolving guest issues Ensures that lobby is well-maintained, properly lit and with music at proper volume Open availability, including weekends, and holidays as needed Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively within a team environment Proven success in engaging and communicating effectively with diverse colleagues and guests from various backgrounds Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and accuracy

Committed to maintaining and enhancing the reputation, values, and service standards of Hyatt Hotels Open availability

Must be able to work weekends.
