Rate:

$22.75/hour



As a hotel

Front Desk Agent (Lead)

, you will be responsible for ensuring guests receive a warm welcome and a comfortable stay while delivering exceptional service. This role oversees daily front desk operations, supports and trains Front Desk and Food & Beverage team members, ensures brand and company standards are met, and serves as a point of leadership in the absence of management.


Responsibilities:




The essential functions of the Lead Front Desk Agent position include but are not limited to tasks:




Provide exceptional guest service by overseeing check-in/check-out, reservations, payments, and guest inquiries Oversee daily front desk operations to ensure smooth workflow, brand standards, and a high level of hospitality Lead, train, and support Front Desk and Guest Service Agents; serve as a role model for professionalism and customer service Act as the primary point of contact in the absence of the Operations Supervisor/Manager Resolve guest concerns, complaints, and incidents promptly and professionally, coordinating with other departments as needed Perform administrative and financial duties including cash handling, credit card verification, reports, and shift close-outs Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Sales, and Food & Beverage teams to support guest needs and operational efficiency Maintain and ensure the cleanliness and presentation of the front desk and immediate surrounding areas Ensure compliance with safety, security, and brand policies, including required certifications and training Promote hotel services, upsell opportunities, and loyalty program enrollment to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue.

Experience and Qualifications:




High School Diploma or equivalent Prior hotel front desk or hospitality experience required; lead or supervisory experience preferred Strong customer service, communication, and leadership skills Ability to multitask and resolve guest issues in a fast-paced environment Working knowledge of hotel operations, property management systems, and Microsoft Office Professional appearance and ability to stand and move throughout the front office Ability to communicate effectively in English

US work authorization is required.
