Job Overview


We are seeking a professional and personable Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. This role is essential in providing exceptional guest experiences, managing reservations, and ensuring smooth operations at our hotel or resort. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, hospitality management knowledge, and the ability to handle guest inquiries with professionalism and courtesy. Bilingual abilities and hotel management experience are highly valued to enhance guest relations and communication.

Duties



Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures efficiently Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications using multi-line phone systems and front desk software Provide accurate information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with a focus on guest satisfaction Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to promote a welcoming environment Process payments, issue invoices, and manage billing accurately Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms meet quality standards Conduct night audit procedures when required to reconcile daily transactions and reports Uphold phone etiquette standards while managing multiple lines in a fast-paced environment Assist in guest relations efforts to foster positive experiences during their stay

Skills



Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor Strong communication skills, including bilingual proficiency (preferred) Ability to handle multi-line phone systems efficiently and courteously Knowledge of hotel management software and reservation systems Familiarity with night audit procedures is a plus Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced resort or hotel environment Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail Ability to manage guest relations diplomatically and resolve issues promptly

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.65 - $24.87 per hour
