We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team in providing exceptional guest experiences at our hotel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management and possess excellent customer service skills. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and seamless check-in and check-out processes.
Responsibilities
Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor
Manage the check-in and check-out processes efficiently
Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations
Process payments and manage billing inquiries
Operate multi-line phone systems to manage incoming calls and messages
Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction
Address any guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally
Skills
Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations
Experience in hospitality or hotel management preferred
Ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages (bilingual or multilingual) is a plus
Proficient phone etiquette and experience handling multi-line phone systems
Knowledge of resort operations is an advantage
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
