Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent for the graveyard shift. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.

This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for guest relations.

What You'll Do:



Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor. Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently while ensuring guest satisfaction. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally. Maintain accurate records of room availability, reservations, and billing information. Conduct night audits as required to ensure accurate financial reporting. Operate phone systems to manage incoming calls and provide information to guests. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for guests. Provide information about local attractions, dining options, and hotel services to enhance the guest experience. Uphold high standards of hospitality management by maintaining cleanliness and organization at the front desk area.

What We're Looking For:



Previous experience in hospitality is preferred, but not mandatory. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction. Familiarity with front desk operations, including phone etiquette and handling reservations. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Proficiency in using computer systems for reservations and billing processes is a plus.
