We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. This role is vital in delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring smooth hotel operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, hospitality management knowledge, and the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages. Previous hotel or resort experience is preferred, along with familiarity with front desk procedures and guest relations. Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures
Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy, providing information and handling inquiries
Handle guest requests, complaints, and special accommodations promptly to ensure guest satisfaction
Maintain accurate reservation records and update guest information in hotel management systems
Process payments accurately and efficiently using hotel POS systems
Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experience
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met promptly
Uphold phone etiquette standards and maintain a welcoming front desk environment
Assist with night audit procedures as needed, ensuring financial accuracy and reporting
Experience
Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations is highly desirable
Bilingual skills or multilingual abilities are a strong asset for serving diverse guests
Familiarity with hotel management software and multi-line phone systems is preferred
Strong customer service background with excellent communication skills
Experience in guest services, guest relations, or resort settings is advantageous
Knowledge of hospitality industry standards, including night audit procedures, enhances effectiveness in this role
