Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring accurate information and proper payment handling
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries and requests
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Assist with guest needs such as room changes, additional amenities, or special requests
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with empathy and resolve issues promptly
- Perform night audit duties, including reconciling accounts and preparing reports
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Experience:
- Previous experience in guest relations or front desk operations preferred
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and procedures
- Familiarity with FOSSE is a plus
- Bilingual/multilingual skills are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse guests
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using phone systems and computer software for reservations and guest services
