Job Description

Hello! We are looking for a front desk agent for either of our AM or PM shifts full time or part time. This is a brand new 91-room Holiday Inn Express & Suites located at 577 E Kendall Dr. Yorkville, IL.

The AM shift is from 7am-3pm and the PM shift is from 3pm-11pm.

We would like to hire a front desk agent with prior IHG hotel experience and knowledge of the OPERA system.

Must have excellent communication skills.

Must have multi-task skills.

Must be proficient with computers.

We prefer at least 1 year of customer service skills at hotel front desk experience.
