We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and providing exceptional guest services. If you have a knack for customer service and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities


- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check guests in and out of the resort/hotel
- Answer phone calls and assist with inquiries
- Handle guest requests promptly and courteously
- Assist with night audit procedures
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Qualifications


- Previous experience in a front desk or guest services role is preferred
- Bilingual skills are a plus
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and phone systems is advantageous
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Familiarity with night audit procedures is beneficial
