We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional guest services, managing reservations, and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. This role requires excellent communication skills, a welcoming attitude, and the ability to handle multiple guest interactions efficiently. Prior experience in hotel management or hospitality is preferred, along with bilingual abilities to serve diverse guests effectively.
Duties
Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures
Manage reservations and room assignments using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy
Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experience
Maintain accurate guest records and ensure confidentiality of guest information
Perform night audit duties as needed, including balancing accounts and preparing reports
Uphold high standards of phone etiquette and guest relations at all times
Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready and facilities are in optimal condition
Assist with administrative tasks such as billing, invoicing, and updating guest information
Experience
Previous experience in hospitality management or front desk operations preferred
Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to communicate effectively with diverse guests
Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems is a plus
Experience in resort or hotel environments, particularly in roles involving guest relations or night audit functions, is advantageous
Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
