Front Desk/Guest Service Agent

SHIFTS ARE AS FOLLOWS:

B Shift 32-40 hours per week

MUST BE 21 YEARS -OLD AND ABOVE TO DRIVE SHUTTLE VAN

MUST BE ABLE TO PASS BACKGROUND CHECK & PRE EMPLOYMENT DRUG TEST

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: checking guests in and out of the hotel, making reservations, assisting guests with hotel related questions, driving the hotel shuttle, making guest deliveries, among other duties.

As with all our positions at the hotel, we are seeking an individual with exceptional customer service skills that takes pride in ensuring our guests have an outstanding stay at our property. Good decision-making skills, the ability to resolve conflict and someone who works well in a team environment are also key. Must be able to work weekends and holidays, as necessary. Flexibility in scheduling and the ability to workdays and/or evenings preferred.
