Seeking a Front Desk Agent who is interested in working with a well-established government organization. The Agent will be responsible for managing the reception area of a high-volume government Business Service Center, and will be responsible for answering phones and greeting customers who enter the facility. The ideal candidate has an interest in business, and enjoys working in an energetic environment with team members from diverse cultures.
Responsibilities:
Check in arriving guests.
Answer and forward telephone calls.
Respond to customer concerns.
Provide a warm welcome to arriving guests.
Communicate with staff, guests, and hotel management via email, phone or other forms of communication.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
